Effective for all customers, including both official and trial users.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Antking Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Antking“) develops and maintains the websites as tools to provide information and services to customers and Internet users. By accessing any website owned by Antking, including but not limited to:
it means that the user agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Antking.
If the customer does not agree with these terms and conditions, they may discontinue using these websites. All information on these websites is intended for personal use only, and any commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Antking.
TERMS OF USE
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect immediately upon being posted on Antking’s websites. Customers are advised to regularly review these changes, and continued use of the websites constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, ACCESS PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
If any section of the website requires customers to register or open an access account, the customer must provide Antking with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. When prompted to create an access password, please choose a password that cannot be easily guessed by others. The password should include both numbers and characters and be at least 6 characters in length.
After registration, customers should not disclose their password to anyone and must not authorize or allow anyone else to use their username and access password for any purpose.
The use of a customer’s username and password to access and use Antking’s website will be considered as access and use by the customer themselves, regardless of whether the credentials are being used by someone else without the knowledge or permission of the account owner.
When a customer becomes aware that someone else knows or is using their password to access and use Antking’s website, the customer must:
- Immediately notify Antking.
- Provide Antking with the requested information.
- Immediately change the access password or request assistance from Antking to change the password.
Antking, its representatives, agents, or employees shall not be liable to any customer for any inaccuracy, error, interruption, delay, incompleteness, deletion, defect, performance failure, computer virus, communication failure, alteration, or use of any information contained herein, for any reason, or for any resulting damages.
CONDITIONS OF USE
When customers access and use Antking’s website, information such as access statistics and personal data provided during registration may be collected and stored. The personal information provided by customers includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, phone number, email address, permanent address, and billing address. We reserve the right to use this information for planning, research, design, and promotion of services, or to provide it to legal authorities upon request in accordance with applicable laws or court orders.
CONTENT INFORMATION REGULATIONS
All information transmitted or received through Antking’s services—such as phone calls, SMS messages, documents, emails, and chats—is considered private. Therefore, Antking does not monitor or control the content transmitted through its service software system.
Customers are solely responsible for any content they upload or transmit through Antking’s service software system or to other users of the website for any purpose.
Customers agree to use AdoErp (a product of Antking) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and commit not to use AdoErp to upload, transmit, distribute, or link to any content that:
- Contain advertising messages that violate the laws and regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
- Infringe upon copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, or personal property rights.
- Contain pornographic, provocative, or defamatory content.
- Compromise the safety or integrity of AdoErp, including the distribution of viruses, Trojans, or other malicious tools aimed at interfering with, destroying, secretly intercepting, or taking control of the system or network.
- Contain any content, in any form, that may result in legal disputes for Antking.
Customers are not permitted to use any means or devices to monitor or copy the website or any of its content without prior written consent from Antking.
Antking reserves the full right to monitor, refuse, or remove any information that violates these terms, and furthermore, to terminate the violator’s access to Antking’s services. Depending on the severity of the violation, the user may also be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.
This agreement shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be settled at the People’s Court of Hanoi City.
