Acceptance of terms

Antking Pte Ltd (hereinafter "Antking") develops and maintains its websites as tools that provide information and services to customers and Internet users. By accessing any website owned by Antking, including but not limited to:

the user agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Antking.

If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you may stop using these websites. All information on these websites is for personal use only; any commercial use without Antking's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Terms of use

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on Antking's websites. Customers should review these terms regularly; continued use of the websites constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Account registration, passwords and security

If any section of the website requires you to register or open an account, you must provide Antking with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. When asked to choose a password, pick one that others cannot easily guess, combining numbers and characters, with a minimum length of 6 characters.

After registering, you must not disclose your password to anyone, nor authorize or allow anyone else to use your username and password for any purpose.

Any access to and use of Antking's website with your username and password will be treated as access and use by you, even if your credentials are used by someone else without your knowledge or permission.

If you become aware that someone else knows or is using your password to access Antking's website, you must:

• Notify Antking immediately.
• Provide Antking with the requested information.
• Change your password immediately or ask Antking to help you change it.

Antking, its representatives, agents and employees shall not be liable to any customer for any inaccuracy, error, interruption, delay, incompleteness, deletion, defect, performance failure, computer virus, communication failure, alteration or use of any information contained herein, for any reason, or for any resulting damages.

Collection and use of information

When you access and use Antking's website, information such as access statistics and the personal data you provide during registration may be collected and stored. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, permanent address and billing address. We reserve the right to use this information for planning, research, design and promotion of our services, or to provide it to legal authorities as required by law or court order.

Content regulations

All information sent or received through Antking's services — such as phone calls, SMS messages, documents, emails and chats — is private. Antking therefore does not monitor or control the content transmitted through its service software.

Customers are solely responsible for any content they upload or transmit through Antking's service software, or send to other users of the website, for any purpose.

Customers agree to use ADO ERP (a product of Antking) in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and undertake not to use ADO ERP to upload, transmit, distribute or link to any content that:

• Contains advertising that violates the laws and regulations of the Government of Vietnam.
• Infringes copyright, trademarks, intellectual property or personal property rights.
• Is pornographic, inflammatory or defamatory.
• Compromises the security or integrity of ADO ERP, including distributing viruses, Trojans or other malicious tools designed to interfere with, destroy, covertly intercept or take control of systems or networks.
• In any form, may expose Antking to legal disputes.

Customers may not use any means or devices to monitor or copy the website or its content without Antking's prior written consent.

Antking reserves the full right to monitor, refuse or remove any information that violates these terms, and to terminate the violator's access to Antking's services. Depending on the severity of the violation, the user may also be held legally liable.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be settled at the People's Court of Hanoi.
